Defective or Wrong Items
We are confident in the quality of our products. If you receive:
Incorrect size, color, or design (not matching your order)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing your order number and photos of the problem.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for non-customized blank items (if any).
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and will receive a full refund.
After 24 hours, production will begin, and cancellation will not be possible at that time.
Return Shipping Costs
You will receive return instructions if your return or exchange request is approved.
For cases of wrong items or defective goods, we will cover all shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
